CLIENTS
You are likely eligible if you: Live in Indiana, need help with day-to-day activities, have Medicaid, 60 and over (Pathways) or 59 and under (Health and Wellness). For clients without Medicaid coverage, we offer private pay options and accept long-term care insurance.
CAREGIVERS
Who can be a caregiver: A caregiver can be a family member or a non-family member, someone who is eligible to work in the US, and pass a background check. We seek individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and committed to improving the lives of our clients.
